How we use it

• Respond to your inquiry and arrange viewings, sourcing, or commissions.
• Keep a private record of our correspondence with you.
• Improve the website and our service.

How it is stored and shared

Inquiry details are kept in our private leads pipeline and shared only with the members of the Rohan Sapphires team handling your request. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Where we use trusted service providers (for example, to deliver inquiry notifications), they process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
